Ossi Pasta is a small-batch, handmade pasta company founded by Dylan Kerr - every piece crafted by hand with care and intention.

The name Ossi comes from the Italian word for bones, a nod to the Spinetti noodle's skeletal form. We believe in inventing new shapes and flavors while honoring the traditional techniques and ingredients that came before us.

Founded in Mesa, Arizona in 2025 and now based in San Diego, California, we're passionate about bringing unexpected ideas to life - and to your plate.
